Request by Freeman and other officers that the money allocated for their subsistance be paid to them through the same channel as their monthly pay. Court martial at West Point ordered stoppages to refunds for certain expenses for Henry Starks, James Willis, Joseph McBride. Fate of officers pay after being court martialed detailed.
