Description
Among sundry other accounting matters, Dunscomb discusses an order from Alexander Scott in favor of Daniel Broadhead for pay due Scott. Certificates related to circumstances similar to this one were sent to Dunscomb by Colonel Carrington and in every case but one certificates have been delivered. Scott received the same treatment and a receipt was taken but he has yet to receive his pay.
