We are favoured with yours of

the 27th. Instant-In your letter of the 20th. August
on the subject of the articles for the six nations of
Indians you say any expence that may attend the
businefs shall be paid on presentment of your acct.
& Draft. As we had the Bills you forwarded for
collection, we thought it uselefs to draw on you for
this small sum and again draw in yours your favour
on Mr. Barnes for the avails of the draft-It was
inadvertence in us, that the account against the
public was not made out separate from the other
-We inclose you the accounts & receipt which
you forwarded signed as you requested-
