Title
Trade With Domingo Will Be Opened, Etc.
Description
Since Mr. Francis is the purveyor he will purchase the articles mentioned in Washington's letter. Mr. McAlpin states that some of the Spring vessels have arrived but he still has not been able to obtain the gold thread but the stars can be sent. McHenry believes that trade with Domingo will be opened and will keep the islanders in a situation less likely to renew depredations.
