Sir,
I had the honour to receive from you
[undecipherable] 29th Ulto Warrant for $4000 for the
purpose of defraying the expense of cutting Solidrs
Clothing and of the Goods in the public Store.
I have accordingly got the Business in considerable
forwardness [undecipherable] him Overalls for which
then as are materials in Store.
I hae therefore sought for th cheapest & best
Article & am [undeciphrable] in [undecipherable] for between 3 & 400
pieces of Ravens Duck at eleven Dollars & a half
of piece In a [undecipherable] article Any opinions in that
if not new bought will [undecipherable] out of [undeciphrable]
I have [undecipherable] the hours of your order for
Sundry medicins which shall which shall be
put up immediatly. But as no funds are yet
appropriated for these objects. I must request
another Warrant for at least five thousand
