Description
Simmons repeated his request for speedy attention to account information, vouchers, and receipts for the advance issued to Dallas for the payment of Pennsylvania militia. Simmons cited letter sent to Dallas on October 16th. Simmons included a letter to Captain Alexander Buchanan, of Penn. militia which notified Buchanan of outstanding balance. Simmons asked Dallas to settle Buchanan's account and forward papers to Office.
