Description
Enclosed are returns for: iron 18-pounder cannon and carriages, iron ship four-pounders, and chests of French stands of arms forwarded by order of the Secretary of War. Enclosed also are Captain Lee's receipts for these articles. Fleming will set off the next day on the sloop carrying these articles for New York where the powder will be proved.
